At Rose de Paris, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to feel confident with every purchase.
Returns
Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of our preserved roses, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@rosedeparis.eu with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or opened products
- Items not in original condition
- Personalized or custom-made items (if applicable)
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
